Man...It was awesome to see the pictures you posted. Many of them are new to me and I have know Louis Marak my whole life! I am proud to say I am one of his daughters. Though he does not do cards for Hallmark anymore, (They "upgraded" to digital) he certainly has not faded. He is still going strong! Thank you so much for your appreciation of his work. About 20-30 years ago he was the most successful and well regarded artist within the Hallmark contemporary arts department. He is also a very accomplished studio artist. His artwork is primarily oil & acrylic paintings, and charcoal portraits. If you like his cartoons you will really like his artwork. He very talented. His cousin is the Ceramics Professor that Whose name is Louis B Marak.
